Terms of Service

Effective: April 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntNav website (intnav.com) and application at intnav.com/app (collectively, the "Service") provided by IntNav Inc. ("IntNav", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Important — not for diagnostic use. IntNav is currently in development and has not received regulatory clearance. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for clinical decisions. Always verify findings with appropriate medical judgment and validated diagnostic tools.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are a licensed medical professional, student, educator, or researcher, you represent that all information you provide about your credentials is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must not share your account with others.
You must notify us immediately at support@intnav.com if your account is compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload patient-identifying information (PHI) unless your use case is covered by a separate agreement.
Misrepresent your professional credentials or affiliation.
Use the Service to provide medical advice to patients without appropriate licensure in your jurisdiction.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

4. Clinical responsibility

IntNav provides software tools for image visualization, planning support, and professional collaboration. IntNav does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional. Any AI or algorithmic output provided by the Service is assistive only and must be independently verified.

5. Intellectual property

IntNav and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, patents, trademarks, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may use the Service only as permitted here.

Content you create (notes, annotations, case metadata) remains yours. You grant IntNav a limited license to store and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you and to collaborators you authorize.

6. Patient data ownership

Patient data remains the property of the patient and the institution that generated it. IntNav does not claim ownership of any medical images or patient information that passes through the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party identity providers (Google, LinkedIn), email providers (Resend), and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge during the development and evaluation phase. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future, with advance notice to affected users.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR MEDICAL ACCURACY. INTNAV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTNAV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (OR USD $100 IF NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntNav Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@intnav.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for suspected fraud or abuse.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
